Terms and Conditions
The Client shall be in charge of the reservation and fees for the chosen location of the Photo-shoot.
NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEES: A reservation deposit of 50% of the total package is due upon the signing of this Agreement. Once the Agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, JS Artwork Productions shall reserve the time and date agreed upon for the Event and will not make other reservations that will conflict with the Event. For this reason, no more reservations will be accepted on the date of the agreement.
For Out of town coverage, the client must shoulder all the expenses incurred such as transportation with driver, meals, and hotel/transient accommodation.
